If you are a
shoe lover, then you’ll love fringed shoes. They are not the
conventional kind of shoes you are used to; they have a certain spicy
edge to them that makes them unique and totally irresistible.
What you
should consider however is that these shoes are kind of busy on their
own so it will be best to pair them with a relatively simple outfit and
