Accessorizing is a great way to give your work ensemble the ump it needs. Often times, we allow ourselves to be sucked into the black hole of fashion because of work, we end up looking the same way to work every day. That can get very tiring and boring so why not accessorize for a fresh look?
There are various ways to accessorize to your advantage at work. It doesn’t have to be jewellery only. Bags, shoes and fabrics such as scarves can also be used. Change up your work look with these simple rules;
1. One item at a time: Make one item the center of attraction and the others less conspicuous. Accessories should complement your style and not overwhelm it.
2. Know your work place: Be sensitive to your work environment. Some accessories will be allowed in a free work environment as opposed to a strict working environment. If you don’t want to be the center of attraction in a wrong way, know what works for your work place.
